Patrick Zammit
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Patrick Zammit has served as CEO of TD SYNNEX since September 2024, leading the company’s strategic direction and overseeing global operations. Previously, he was Chief Operating Officer (COO), coordinating strategies to drive profitable growth and accelerate the adoption of high-growth technologies. Mr. Zammit also served as President, Europe and APJ, following the company’s merger with Tech Data, where he held leadership roles after more than 20 years at Avnet, including Global President of Avnet Technology Solutions.
A recognized leader in the technology ecosystem, Mr. Zammit was named one of CRN’s 25 Most Influential Executives in 2024 and Channel Futures Distribution Channel Leader of the Year in 2023.
He holds a master’s degree in business administration from ESLSCA Business School and is fluent in English, French, and German.
Alim Dhanji
Chief Human Resources Officer and EVP, Corporate Affairs
Alim Dhanji is Chief Human Resources Officer and EVP, Corporate Affairs at TD SYNNEX, where he leads global HR operations, corporate citizenship, global brand and communications, global corporate real estate, and corporate security.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across HR, M&A, and operations — including roles as Chief People Officer at Equinox Group and President of adidas Canada — he brings a forward-looking, commercial perspective to shaping culture and the future of work.
Recognized as a Top 10 LGBTQ+ Leader globally by Yahoo Finance and the Financial Times, Alim is also an advocate for mental health, advising Project Healthy Minds and serving on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Alim holds an MBA from Royal Roads University and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Sergio Farache
Chief Strategy and Technology Officer
Sergio Farache is chief strategy officer for TD SYNNEX. Sergio previously served as Executive Vice President (EVP), Strategy and Global Technology for TD SYNNEX and before that role, he was Tech Data EVP, Strategy, and NextGen (Cloud, Security, Data & IoT). In that role, he provided dedicated global leadership for the company's overall strategy, Innovation, and Tech Data's most strategic next-generation technology business. Earlier in his career at Tech Data, Sergio was the Senior Vice President, Strategy, and Global Cloud Solutions. Sergio is an entrepreneur who created, grew, and sold two companies before joining the corporate world and a Systems Engineer with over 30 years of experience in the global technology sector, with expertise in several technology fields, services, sales, marketing, and management disciplines.
Sergio was recognized by industry publication CRN as a Channel Chief in 2017.
He has a bachelor's degree in system engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.
Kristie Grinnell
Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer
Kristie Grinnell is the Executive Vice President and CIO at TD SYNNEX, leading strategic IT initiatives, digital transformation, and AI integration. She previously served as CIO at DXC Technology and Global CIO and Chief Supply Chain Officer at General Dynamics Information Technology, driving innovation in IT, cybersecurity, and supply chain management.
A passionate advocate for women in STEM, Kristie supports organizations like Girls Who Code and STEMforHER.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Cornell University.
David Jordan
Chief Financial Officer
David Jordan is Chief Financial Officer of TD SYNNEX and leads all aspects of the company's finance functions. David joined TD SYNNEX in 2014 and has since served in a variety of senior leadership roles of increasing responsibility across Finance and Corporate Strategy, most recently serving as CFO of the Americas region since 2021. David has played a central role in executing transformational M&A transactions, including the acquisition of Avnet TS and the merger of Tech Data and SYNNEX. Prior to joining TD SYNNEX, David began his career in public accounting and holds a Bachelor's and Master's of Accounting from the University of Florida.
Otavio Lazarini Barbosa
President, Latin America and Caribbean
A veteran channel industry leader, Otavio Lazarini Barbosa serves as Senior Vice President, TD SYNNEX LAC, responsible for the development and execution of both business strategy and P&L functions across Latin America and the Caribbean. Otavio previously acted as Executive Vice President, SYNNEX Westcon-Comstor in LAC and in Brazil. During his tenure, he significantly drove growth and solidified the company’s strong position in the region.
Prior to joining TD SYNNEX, Otavio helped position Brazilian distributor TelSist Informatica, for significant business growth. Otavio has a Bachelor of Computer Engineering, PUC-Rio University and Master, Business Administration, Purdue University
Jaideep Malhotra
President, TD SYNNEX, Asia Pacific & Japan
Jaideep Malhotra is President of TD SYNNEX in the Asia Pacific & Japan region, overseeing strategic direction and operations for TD SYNNEX in Japan, Tech Data in Asia Pacific, and Tec D in Malaysia. With over 30 years of experience in technology distribution, Jaideep has driven growth and innovation through strategic acquisitions, including the integration of Innovix Distribution, and investments in high-growth technologies like cloud, cybersecurity, and data.
Previously, Jaideep held leadership roles at Tech Data and Avnet, where he led global expansions, business transformations, and strategic acquisitions. Recognized for his leadership, he has received accolades such as the Avnet CEO & Chairman Awards for Excellence. A proponent of servant leadership and diversity, Jaideep is dedicated to nurturing high-caliber talent and fostering innovation. Based in Singapore, he drives growth and innovation across the region.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Bangalore University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and HKUST.
Miriam Murphy
President, TD SYNNEX, Europe
Miriam became President Europe at TD SYNNEX – a leading distributor and solutions aggregator for the IT ecosystem – in April 2024, following a two-year tenure as CEO, Europe, at NTT Ltd, a leading systems integrator and managed services provider. Prior to this Miriam served for more than 25 years in senior leadership roles at Tech Data, now TD SYNNEX. She holds a wealth of experience in the IT ecosystem, with a track record for driving transformation, delivering to business targets, and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Dennis Polk
Board Director and Hyve Executive
Dennis Polk is a member of our Board and Hyve Solutions executive for TD SYNNEX. Mr. Polk served as Executive Chair of our Board from September 2021 through August 2023. He also served as our President and Chief Executive Officer from March 2018 until September 2021 and earlier as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance. Mr. Polk joined TD SYNNEX in 2002 and was appointed Director in 2012. Mr. Polk serves on the board of directors of Concentrix Corporation.
Reyna Thompson
President, North America
Reyna Thompson is the President of North America at TD SYNNEX. With more than 30 years of IT distribution experience, she has been celebrated as a CRN Channel Chief for three consecutive years (2022, 2023 and 2024).
Joining TD SYNNEX in 2002 as Associate Vice President of Solutions Marketing for the Technology Solutions Division, Reyna has since held executive positions in sales and vendor management. Most recently, she led the Advanced Solutions team, which focuses on cloud, data and AI, security, and data center solutions. Her team dared to deliver an innovative line card, enabling over 12,000 channel partners and achieving significant year-over-year growth.
Under her visionary leadership, TD SYNNEX has become an industry leader, and her unique contributions have not gone unnoticed. Reyna has consistently been recognized by CRN magazine as a Woman of the Channel including the Top 100 Women of the Channel in 2021 and 2022. Her influence extends beyond professional achievements. As a board member of Elevate, a business resource group within TD SYNNEX, she mentors and elevates women within the organization and across the industry because she understands that to win in the IT channel, we must win together.
David Vetter
Chief Legal Officer
David Vetter is chief legal officer of TD SYNNEX. In this role, he is responsible for all legal representation of the company’s worldwide operations. David previously served as executive vice president, chief legal officer of Tech Data Corporation. Prior to joining the company in 1993, David was employed by the law firm of Robbins, Gaynor & Bronstein, P.A. David is a member of the Florida Bar Association and holds a bachelor’s degree in English and Economics from Bucknell University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida with High Honors.

Ann Vezina
Chair of the Board
Ann Vezina is Chair of the Board of Directors for TD SYNNEX. Ms. Vezina has served on our Board since 2017, and was named Chair in 2023. Ms. Vezina has served in a variety of leadership roles, including as Corporate Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Vice President and Chief Operations Officer for Xerox Business Services, LLC. Previously, Ms. Vezina served as Executive Vice President and Group President, Commercial Solutions for Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. before the acquisition of ACS by Xerox Holdings Corporation in 2010 and began her career with Electronic Data Systems. In addition to TD SYNNEX, Ms. Vezina serves on the board of directors of Concentrix Corporation, where she is the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee. Ms. Vezina graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.

Kathleen Crusco

Kathleen Crusco is a member of our Board, having served on our Board since September 2023. Ms. Crusco is an experienced Chief Financial Officer and board member with a demonstrated history of working in the software and unified communications industries, including cloud-based enterprise software solutions, SaaS based ERP software and cybersecurity software. She was named by Women Inc. as one of 2019 Most Influential Corporate Board Directors, and currently serves on the board of platform (cloud, software, and systems) and managed services company, Calix, and several privately held software companies. She previously was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Kony, Inc. and prior to that was Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer at Epicor Software Corporation.
Ting Herh
Director
Ting Herh is a member of our Board, having served on our Board since March 2024. Mr. Herh has been the founder and Chair of Davicom Semiconductor, Inc. since 1996. Before Davicom, Mr. Herh held the position of Senior Director at Compaq. Prior to Compaq, he was a Head of Engineering in various positions in Dial-up Division at Racal-Vadic, Racal-Milgo/Racal-Datacom. In addition to TD SYNNEX, Mr. Herh serves on the boards of directors of United Integrated Services Co. (UIS), MiTAC Holdings Corp., and Davicom, where he currently serves as its Board Chair. Mr. Herh received his BS from National Chiao Tung University, Taiwan, an MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and a DBA degree from Victoria University, Switzerland.
Rich Hume
Director
Rich Hume is a member of our Board, having served on our Board since September 2021. He served as our President and Chief Executive Officer from September 2021 until his retirement in September 2024. In addition, he serves on the boards of directors of The Allstate Corporation and the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network.
Mr. Hume served as CEO of Tech Data Corporation from 2018 until the merger with the company in 2021. He joined Tech Data in March 2016 as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, he led the strategic direction and go-to-market execution of the company’s regional operations in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Mr. Hume played a key role in Tech Data’s transformational acquisition of Avnet’s Technology Solutions business, overseeing its completion and integration while developing a new global strategy for the combined company.
Prior to joining Tech Data, Mr. Hume was with IBM for more than 30 years, serving most recently as General Manager and COO, Global Technology Services. Within this role, he was responsible for the operations of IBM’s $32 billion infrastructure and outsourcing services business. Prior to this role, Mr. Hume served as general manager, Europe, successfully leading IBM’s $27 billion, multi-brand European organization. He also served as general manager, Global Business Partners for more than three years, directing the growth and channel development initiatives for IBM’s Business Partner Channel. Over the course of his IBM career, he also led the company’s System X Servers, Global Inside Sales and North American PC businesses, and served as COO for the Global Consulting business.
Mr. Hume holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
Kenneth Lamneck
Director
Kenneth Lamneck is a member of our Board, having served on our Board since April 2025. Mr. Lamneck previously served as President, Chief Executive Officer, and board member of Insight Enterprises, Inc. Prior to Insight, Mr. Lamneck was President, the Americas, at Tech Data Corporation and held various executive management positions at Arrow Electronics, including President of Arrow/Richey Electronics and President of Arrow’s Industrial Computer Products business. Following five years of service in the United States Army, he began his civilian career at IBM as an engineer. In addition to TD SYNNEX, Mr. Lamneck serves on the boards of directors of Benchmark Electronics, Inc. and Fidelity National Information Services, Inc. He received a Bachelor of Science from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at El Paso.
Nayaki Nayyar
Director
Nayaki Nayyar is a member of our Board, having served on our Board since September 2021. Ms. Nayyar previously served as a board member and the Chief Executive Officer of Securonix, Inc. Prior to Securonix, Ms. Nayyar was President and Chief Product Officer at Ivanti, Inc. Prior to Ivanti, Ms. Nayyar served as President of Digital Service and Operations Management at BMC Software, Inc., and in key roles including General Manager and Global Head of the IoT division at SAP SE. Ms. Nayyar also served as Vice President and Chief Technical Officer, Enterprise Architecture and Application Services, at Valero Energy Corporation, an international petroleum company. In addition to TD SYNNEX, Ms. Nayyar serves on the board of directors for Corteva, Inc. She received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University, a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston and is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.

Claude Pumilia

Claude Pumilia is a member of our Board, having served on our Board since September 2023. Mr. Pumilia brings extensive experience leading software and data services companies. He is currently CEO of Accuris, an engineering-focused technology company that delivers AI-powered data and workflow solutions to end users at engineering intensive companies. Previously, Pumilia served as CEO of DAT Freight and Analytics. He has held executive roles across the technology industry, including leadership positions at Roper Technologies, CA Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise Company and Compaq Computer Corporation. He also serves on the board for Allium Holdco, LLC, which is the holding company for Accuris.
Merline Saintil
Director
Merline Saintil joined the TD SYNNEX Board in 2021 and has over 20 years of experience as a technology and business executive, serving in a variety of leadership roles at Fortune 500 and private companies, including Intuit, Yahoo!, PayPal, Adobe, Joyent and Sun Microsystems. In addition to TD SYNNEX, Ms. Saintil serves on the boards of Rocket Lab USA, Inc., GitLab, Inc., and Symbotic, Inc. Ms. Saintil is Lead Independent Director and Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee at Rocket Lab USA, Inc., Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee of Symbotic, Inc. and a member of its Compensation Committee. She is also a member of the Compensation Committee at GitLab, Inc. Ms. Saintil previously served on the boards of directors of Banner Corporation, Alkami Technology, Inc., Lightspeed Commerce Inc. and Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. Ms. Saintil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Florida A&M University and a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University, in addition to completing Stanford Directors’ College and Harvard Business School’s executive education program.
