TD SYNNEX is responsible for billing the end-user agencies for all sales under this contract.  We engage authorized resellers as agents who will receive a predetermined commission amount for opportunities that they bring under this contract.  Palo Alto Networks does allow for these sales to count toward the resellers’ top line revenue goals with the manufacturer.  The State of SC is not involved in the authorization process.  To be authorized, reseller must be approved by Palo Alto Networks and then sign an agent agreement with TD SYNNEX.
