Diversity Alliance Program

TD SYNNEX is committed to providing programs and services to help the small-business reseller succeed in the public sector. TD SYNNEX’s Diversity Alliance Program is a community that allows our partners to provide technology products for the government while fulfilling government targeted set-aside goals. Here are the key criteria for membership in the Diversity Alliance Program:

  • Resellers must hold one or more diversity statuses including but not limited to 8(a), SDB, Woman-Owned, Minority-Owned, HUBZone and SDVOSB
  • Hold at least one government procurement contract
  • Possess one manufacturer authorization
  • Require executive-level management participation
  • Be in good standing
  • Complete an online profile and attend periodic meetings/events, including annual business reviews


By participating in the TD SYNNEX Diversity Alliance Program, resellers can increase their U.S. public sector opportunities and contribute to a more diverse and inclusive technology ecosystem. DAP offers several benefits for resellers who join the program:

Increased U.S. Public Sector Opportunities: By becoming a part of the Diversity Alliance Program, resellers gain access to a network that connects them with larger resellers in need of diverse suppliers. This collaboration allows them to provide technology products for government agencies while fulfilling targeted set-aside goals.
