In order for TD SYNNEX to process your Freight Damage/Shortage claim quickly and efficiently:

Report damages or quantity discrepancies:

  • Contact our Customer Care team immediately via chat, phone or email.
  • Damages require pictures of all six sides of the box and product upon submitting your claim.
  • Provide TD SYNNEX Customer Care with the condition of the product, tracking number, contact name and phone number where the packaging is located. (Address must be the same as the address where the product was delivered, or the claim is no longer valid and will be denied.)
