Partner Acknowledgement: Commit to Being a Part of the Action

TD SYNNEX is committed to driving NetApp revenue and market share in FY24 through the Partner Growth Program (PGP). In support of these efforts, TD SYNNEX has assembled a highly collaborative and dedicated team to work with key NetApp partners on account alignment, training and enablement, as well as market development activities. Participating partners must be committed to accelerating their NetApp sales and be an active participant with TD SYNNEX’s FY24 Partner Growth Program to leverage these valuable go-to-market (GTM) activities.

• Actively engage in all defined activities within the business plan to maximize potential for success
• Define, review and report metrics with TD SYNNEX team within specified timeline
• Drive business to grow revenue from current and net-new customers
• Gain awareness and participate in NetApp tools and strategic initiatives
• Leverage marketing and demand generation campaign options to assist in the acceleration of business growth
• Participate in TD SYNNEX and NetApp training and enablement offerings to increase focus on creating additional opportunities

1To remain an eligible TD SYNNEX PGP participant, the partner needs to meet the agreed upon expectations and commitments with respect to sales, training and enablement and marketing activities as laid out in their business plan. TD SYNNEX reserves the right to add or discontinue partner participation in the Partner Growth Program.
2All Partner Growth Program (PGP) campaign selections will be bound by the TD SYNNEX/NetApp Marketing Development Funds (MDF) Guidelines. Partners will be responsible to manage Proof of Performance for MDF in accordance to current TD SYNNEX/NetApp MDF Guidelines, timelines and claim/audit processes. Failure to follow MDF Guidelines will result in partner’s termination from PGP.
