SMB Accelerator Videos Focused on Empowering Partners in the SMB Market

In the realm of current opportunities for partners, capitalizing on the sale of multi-product Cisco solutions within the SMB market space emerges as a key driver of profitability. But just like with any sales opportunity, profits aren’t guaranteed, they require expertise and strategy; especially in this dynamic environment, understanding the changes and how they impact customers is vital. TD SYNNEX remains unwavering in its commitment to aiding partners, exemplified by the SMB Accelerator program—a dedicated initiative designed to navigate the intricacies of the SMB market. In its latest proactive initiative, the team is unveiling a series of SMB Accelerator videos, strategically crafted to simplify the process of staying abreast of developments in this ever evolving and pivotal market space.

The primary goal of the SMB Accelerator videos is “to highlight the ways Cisco has made it easier for partners selling into the SMB space to be more profitable while building a more sustainable business model,” Nicholas Rees, Cisco Vendor Development Manager II at TD SYNNEX, explained in an interview with EDGE360. The videos offer distribution partners a comprehensive understanding of Cisco’s continuously changing rebate program incentives. “Selling multi-product Cisco solutions into the SMB market space is currently the most profitable opportunity Cisco offers,” Rees said. “Helping our customers to understand this ensures that they will always take full advantage of higher profitability opportunities with Cisco.”

The brainchild of Rees, Jeff Bueg, and Autumn NeSmith, the SMB Accelerator videos were created in collaboration with the NterOne video production team. The first two videos cover the Cisco Perform Plus Program and Profitability in SMB with Cisco Promotions respectively. The Cisco Perform Plus Program is worth noting for partners as it allows them to earn up to 4 percent rebate when selling multi-architecture Cisco solutions to SMB customers. The second video sheds light on how TD SYNNEX leverages data and current Cisco promotions (e.g., SASE Bundle) to acquire new Cisco customers and expand wallet share within existing ones.

Emphasizing a distributor-partner synergy that enhances the overall value proposition, the videos underscore the TD SYNNEX strategic alignment with Cisco. “The more in tune we are as a distributor with Cisco, the more our partners will benefit from the complementary resources and services developed as a result of that tight distribution/vendor partnership,” Rees emphasized. The strong relationship between TD SYNNEX and the Cisco SMB group is a testament to their collaborative efforts. The TD SYNNEX SMB Accelerator Program is continuously selected to pilot SMB programs, asked to recruit for events, programs, etc. and works to create complimentary programs that benefit both Cisco SMB and our Cisco partners.
