In the fall of 2023, a registered Cisco partner with a revenue of $265K at list price began working with the Revolution team. Through extensive collaboration with the Revolution Profitability Team, RevolutionCX, and the EDGE team, this partner’s revenue surged to $10.3M in 2024. They advanced to become a Cisco Premiere Integrator and achieved multiple specializations, including Hybrid Work, IoT, and Environmental Sustainability.

2. Strategic Success Support

TD SYNNEX started engaging in late September 2023 with a partner in response to their request for proposal (RFP). They sought a distributor with robust Cisco Enterprise Agreement (EA) support and CX Lifecycle Management. TD SYNNEX presented a comprehensive solution that included Cisco CX Consulting, EA Support, DevNet assistance, and the Revolution Insights platform. Within six months, the partner’s customer success business flourished, enhancing their EA and CX practices and driving significant growth in their LCI rebates and CX services.

A partner collaborated with TD SYNNEX in August 2022 to pursue a potential Cisco multi-architecture EA for a major client. The RevolutionEA team collaborated closely with them to review and expand their certifications and capabilities. This partnership involved monthly and bi-monthly meetings to track progress and ensure success. The efforts culminated in this partner winning a $24M EA 3.0 opportunity with county health department, supported by comprehensive Cisco CX Methodology.
