It’s a new season, and TD SYNNEX is about to offer us a fresh new perspective. TD SYNNEX EDGE webinars are a crucial platform for partners since they are designed to deliver clear and actionable insights. The EDGE webinars have always been essential in bridging the gap between resellers and Cisco, and now they are elevating the experience even further to bring you extra value and impact. In this article, we’ll talk about all the exciting changes coming to these webinars and how they’ll impact partners in the next year.

By bridging the communication gap between Cisco and resellers, these webinars help to guarantee that partners are receiving accurate and relevant information. Previously, TD SYNNEX would host two webinars a month, but based on feedback it was clear that more isn’t always merrier. As Gavin Critchlow, Strategic Business Manager – Cisco Collaboration at TD SYNNEX, shared with us, “Fewer webinars give us more time to plan and bring in top-notch representation, making each session more impactful.” Plus, by reducing the time spent attending webinars, partners have more time to focus on sales.

Looking ahead, instead of overwhelming you with frequent sessions, the TD SYNNEX team is cutting back on webinars so they can focus on having more impactful sessions. Despite having fewer webinars, you can still expect to hear from the industry experts and Cisco representatives who will offer partners valuable information that empowers them to make informed decisions and take effective actions. In fact, with more time devoted to each webinar, you may even hear from more experts and leaders.

In terms of format, they are moving away from the days of lengthy slide decks and, instead, are embracing a visual podcast style for a more engaging experience. As Critchlow noted, “In the last year we have moved away from long, slick slide decks and have taken more of a visual podcast approach. This way we can invite guests who have deep knowledge of their BU and glean insights from their experience.”  Slido‘s integration in Webex, which adds real-time polling, Q&A, and quizzes, has also added some “friendly competition.” With this new approach, participants leave each webinar informed and ready to act.

Webinars are now housed in the new Higher EDGEucation Learning platform. This platform was created to enhance your experience by making it easier to find and access webinars and training materials. You can also stay updated with their quarterly newsletter, The Cisco LEDGER, to never miss new content. Overall, the main goal of all these updates and changes is to maximize efficiency and impact.

TD SYNNEX EDGE is set to transform partners’ webinar experience with a series of exciting updates. They are cutting back on the frequency of webinars to focus on delivering fewer but more impactful sessions. The new format will move away from lengthy slide decks to a more visually engaging podcast style with conversations involving industry experts and Cisco representatives. These updates are being implemented to provide partners with actionable insights. With their upgraded tools, including the Higher EDGEucation Learning Platform and Slido integration, the webinars should have a more interactive and user-friendly experience.

Critchlow said, “Our goal is that every person who attends can walk away feeling impacted. We want them to experience value in what we present and have a sense of direction to go toward.”
