His current role is to lead a team that works closely with Cisco partners to gain a deep understanding of their current specialties and future growth plans. “The members of my team act as consultants for our partners’ Cisco business,” explained Rios. “They try to better understand their current capabilities, who they have on staff, and what their goals are to draft with them a tailored-specific roadmap that will allow them to achieve those goals and to grow their Cisco footprint profitably.”
Outside of work, Rios’ priorities revolve around being a different type of leader: dad to a growing 3-year-old. He takes this job seriously, despite that it usually involves jumping in puddles, hitting pinecones with sticks or playing a game of hide and seek. Moreover, he remains an avid soccer enthusiast, actively participating in an adult league. This passion for soccer not only keeps him physically active, but also fosters teamwork and camaraderie, valuable traits that he brings to his role at TD SYNNEX.
