Cisco Marketing Velocity 2015 will be here before you know it. We will kick things off this year on April 27 in Montreal, in conjunction with Cisco Partner Summit 2015. This is the first year we will be holding Marketing Velocity and Partner Summit together. What a great opportunity for sales and marketing folks to spend the week together in Canada!
I imagine most of you that will be heading to Canada with us are already gearing up for the trip, but I wanted to take just a moment to remind you of a couple of things about Marketing Velocity. Before I dive into the details, take a look at my quick video and then I’ll set you up with everything you need to know about the upcoming event.
As you can see, I am tremendously excited about the opportunity for sales and marketing to interface due to having Cisco Marketing Velocity and Cisco Partner Summit at the same time. Marketing Velocity will still be the same great event, and Marketing Velocity participants will be able to participate in Partner Summit for the remainder of the week!
So what is on the agenda for Cisco Marketing Velocity 2015? Well we will welcome you at a reception on the evening of Sunday, April 26 before kicking things off the next morning with guest speaker Gary Vaynerchuk. Gary will be presenting “State of the Union: Storytelling in a B2B World.” We will break mid-morning for a set of workshops covering:
- Social Selling and Today’s Buyer
- New Roles & New Goals for the 2020 Marketing Organization
- Winning with Words
- Tune Your User Experience to Drive Business Outcomes
- The Revenue Promise of Predictive Intelligence
- The Brand Advocate Zombies Are Out There, Invite Them In
After lunch we will feature another series of the same workshop topics so that you’ll have the chance to attend more than one. We will wrap up the day with guest speaker Jay Baer who will be presenting “Youtility: Smart Marketing is About Help not Hype.”
That’s just a quick taste of the agenda for the day, and do keep in mind that there will be much more content throughout Cisco Partner Summit as well.
In order to help keep up with that content, you will definitely want to register for Virtual Partner Summit(VPS). VPS allows you to stay on top of all the Cisco Partner Summit content even if you’re not at the event in Montreal. If you are unfamiliar with VPS, check out our VPS preview blog.
