In the age of the internet, information can be found in abundance, but can you quickly find what you are looking for?
That’s the problem, and it can be found everywhere–Cisco is no different. A quick search for “Customer Experience” revealed at least five pages of results, anything that had the words Customer and/or Experience was provided. It didn’t matter if it was hardware, software or a program. It’s too much information and can take a lot of time to find what you’re looking for.
That’s why the TD SYNNEX Revolution team created the Revolution Wiki. Nested inside of the TD SYNNEX EDGE Focus tool, the Revolution Wiki was originally built to assist partners with quick access to Cisco software related material such as: Enterprise Agreements, DevNet, Customer Experience, Lifecycle, and more.
Access the Revolution Wiki at: https://revolutionwiki.myedgefocus.com/doku.php?id=start
Used in conjunction with the Revolution Insights tool, our partners can create lifecycle methodologies and processes that use asset and license information to deliver a complete lifecycle experience from sales through renewal.
Built like a true Wiki, articles contain links to additional material related to the search item that allow the users to dive deeper if they choose, or just continue through the original article if that meets their needs.
For example, if you’re looking for information on how to onboard a customer in a software solution, you can input ‘onboarding’ in the search bar at the top of the Wiki, and you will see that there are several responses. Looking at the responses, you can see the title of the article, how many hits it has had, and when it was last modified. You will also see a quick summary of the article’s area containing your search word or phrase. A quick look down the list, you will see ‘welcome kit’ and mention of an onboarding process. The link goes to an article that provides information on Welcome/Onboarding best practices that also contains links to articles that provide additional material on areas related to onboarding.
Through partner feedback, Cisco announcements, and understanding the changes in technology, we are always adding and updating articles and making improvements to ensure that the wiki and the material in it are relevant to our partners.
With that said, we are announcing the latest enhancement to the Revolution Wiki: Our new AI Wiki bot. Currently available in a beta state, the bot allows our partners to use natural language to ask questions, and the bot will do the searching for them, returning the most pertinent article(s) to their requests.
Let us make the complex easier, reduce search time, and provide precise information when it’s needed, linking it directly to your business. The Revolution Wiki is an integral part of a great software lifecycle methodology. Let us help your team create, build or improve your software practice at Revolution@tdsynnex.com
