TD SYNNEX Canada is the exclusive distributor for Microsoft-Authorized Service Provider (ASP) in Canada.

We work closely with Microsoft to help resolve issues that may occur with customers’ Microsoft Surface devices. As an ASP, we are trained and have acquired certifications to perform repairs. We have direct access to Microsoft support, and we use genuine Microsoft parts.

We cover all of Canada. Our service centre is located in Guelph, Ontario. Customers will pay one-way shipping fee. We cover the return shipping fee.

Built with integrity by design, many Microsoft Surface devices are now easier to repair and maintain and provide commercial customers with greater flexibility while extending the use of the devices. If you have access to skilled technicians, you can repair the devices yourself when you follow the applicable Surface Service Guide.

Microsoft recommends that only technically inclined individuals with the knowledge, experience, and requisite tools perform repairs. Click the link to see all the Surface devices and their replacement components.

As an Authorized Service Provider (ASP), we also provide our own in-house Surface warranties as an altenative option for customers who missed the 45-day period to purchase Microsoft-branded Surface warranties.
