The term of the loan period is 30-days. You will not be charged for the device/accessories, or this service, however, you’ll need to provide your credit card number upon confirmation, should the device and/or accessories get damage, lost, stolen, or not returned by your end-customer within the specified timeframe, your card will be charged the demo price plus applicable taxes. 

You can choose one (1) Surface device for every 30-day loan requested. TD SYNNEX will ship out the device to your end-customer with a pre-paid return shipping label. Your customer is required to ship the Surface device back within 5 days after the end of the loan period. This will be your responsibility to remind your end customer of the due date to return the loaner device.
