The loan period is 15 days. You won’t be charged for the device or accessories, but you’ll need to provide your credit card number upon confirmation. If the device or accessories are damaged, lost, stolen, or not returned by your customer within the specified timeframe, your card will be charged the demo price plus applicable taxes.

You can choose one Surface device for each 15-day loan request. TD SYNNEX will ship the device directly to your customer, along with a prepaid return shipping label. Your customer must return the Surface device within 5 days after the loan period ends. It’s your responsibility to remind them of the return date.
